Stefan and Eckart von Hirschhausen present book

On February 12th, 2025 Stefan appeared on stage together with German medical doctor, author and entertainer Dr. Eckart v. Hirschhausen in order to present Eckart’s latest book “Der Pinguin, der fliegen lernte.” The book is about Eckart’s “Pinguingeschichte”, but a lot of the side stories were inspired by a vivid exchange between Stefan and Eckart.

The book is beautifully illustrated with Stefan’s imagery from Antarctica and the penguins and teaches reader one thing: It’s important to be in your element. Penguins might have a somewhat awkward appearance on land, but are amongst the most graceful animals when in the water.

The premiere evening was a great success at renowned Urania in Berlin with more than 200 guests present and lasted until late night. 

The book is currently #1 in Amazon’s entire book sales for Germany (2025/02/16).
